Play Therapy at Oak Tree Counseling and Wellness

Helping Children Heal, Connect, and Thrive

At Oak Tree Counseling and Wellness, we believe in the power of play. For children, play is more than just fun—it’s a vital form of communication and self-expression. Through play therapy, children are given a safe and supportive space to process their emotions, navigate challenges, and build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.

Play therapy can be especially beneficial for children experiencing anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, trauma, family transitions, or emotional regulation difficulties. It provides a developmentally appropriate way for them to explore big feelings, solve problems, and gain confidence—all while being supported by a trained and compassionate therapist.
