Do You Still
Have Questions?

What can I expect from the therapy process?

You can expect a comfortable, confidential, and safe environment where you will be heard and understood without judgment. An initial assessment will be conducted to evaluate the nature of your concerns and problems. Together, we will develop a therapy plan that includes specific goals and the processes for achieving them. Therapy can help you work through difficult issues, find alternative perspectives on problems, and discover practical solutions.

What can therapy do for me?

The benefits you gain from therapy will depend on your individual needs and goals. I am here to support you, teach you new coping strategies, and help you discover tools to address issues such as anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, and even creative blocks.
You don’t need to have a mental health diagnosis to find therapy helpful. The skills and resources you develop during therapy can be applied to various aspects of your life, including dealing with grief, family problems, work-related issues, and more.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?

Yes, online therapy is available on dates that are convenient for you. Online therapy is a great option if you attend college away from home, have a demanding work schedule, or find it challenging to come into the office.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This decision allows us to prioritize consistent, high-quality treatment without the restrictions, session limits, or diagnoses often required by insurance companies. By remaining independent of insurance constraints, we can focus on what truly matters—your personalized care, privacy, and therapeutic goals. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits. If you need assistance with this process, we are happy to help.

How long do sessions last?

Sessions are 50 minutes, and the frequency of your sessions is determined by you and your therapist.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Your reasons for seeking therapy are deeply personal and uniquely yours. Whether you're navigating a major life change, dealing with the weight of grief, or finding it difficult to manage stress, know that many individuals turn to therapy for support with anxiety, relationship challenges, or feelings of being stuck. Deciding to pursue therapy is a powerful choice. If you take a moment to reflect on your life and recognize a desire for meaningful change that begins within you, therapy could be an incredibly beneficial pathway to unlocking your potential and fostering growth.
